Job Summary:
The Awards Coordinator plays a crucial role in recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments of dancers at The Artistry Tour competitions. This position involves managing all aspects of the awards process, from organization and preparation to presentation and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with dancers, teachers, and event staff.
Responsibilities:
- Awards Preparation:
- Receive, organize, and inventory all awards (medals, trophies, plaques, etc.) before each competition.
- Ensure awards are properly labeled and categorized by level, age division, and performance category.
- Prepare and arrange awards for display according to The Artistry Tour's brand standards.
- Awards Presentation:
- Coordinate with the backstage team and tabulators to ensure timely and accurate award distribution.
- Assist with the presentation of awards on stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor while interacting with dancers and presenters.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of awards inventory, tracking distribution and any remaining items.
- Report on inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or needs to the event management team.
- Support and Teamwork:
- Provide support to the backstage team and other event staff as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless event experience.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Organization: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Efficient and Accurate: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with dancers, teachers, and staff.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry boxes of awards (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods during award ceremonies.

Job Summary:
The Backstage Manager is a vital member of The Artistry Tour team, responsible for creating a positive and organized backstage environment for dancers and ensuring the smooth flow of performances during our competitions. This role involves direct interaction with dancers, teachers, and event staff, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Dancer and Teacher Liaison:
- Warmly greet and check-in dancers, providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Answer questions, address concerns, and provide information to dancers and teachers.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment backstage.
- Performance Flow Management:
- Coordinate and organize the performance line-up, ensuring dancers are ready and prepared to go on stage.
- Communicate effectively with the tabulator to maintain the competition schedule.
- Manage the backstage area to ensure a safe and organized environment for dancers and their belongings.
- Assist on stage during awards sessions.
- Stage and Backstage Setup:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the stage and backstage areas, including laying marley floors, setting up props, and organizing awards.
- Ensure the backstage area is clean, safe, and free of hazards.
- Communication and Teamwork:
- Maintain clear and professional communication with all team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other backstage staff, stage managers, and event directors.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Dance: A genuine interest in dance and a desire to support young dancers.

Job Summary:
The Competition Tabulator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of our dance competitions. This position is responsible for collecting and processing judges' scores, overseeing awards distribution, and providing overall support to the competition management team.
Responsibilities:
- Score Management:
- Oversee judges' scores to ensure judges are within a reasonable range.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Generate real-time reports and rankings based on tabulated data.
- Competition Management:
- Communicates with backstage manager, DJ, emcee, judges, and media team to ensure a smooth competition experience.
Qualifications:
- Tabulator Experience: Prior tabulator experience is highly preferred.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency with computers and data entry systems is required. Experience with tabulation software is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for this role.
- Organization and Focus: Ability to maintain focus and organization in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
