The Artistry Tour, LLC - Terms & Conditions
Video & Photography Use: By participating in The Artistry Tour, LLC event, contestants and teachers grant The Artistry Tour, LLC the right to use their images, photographs, and videos for advertising, news coverage, and any other commercial purpose related to The Artistry Tour, LLC events.
Injury or Loss: Dance and athletic activities inherently involve a risk of injury. The Artistry Tour, LLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the prevention of injuries. Participants, guardians, and teachers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dance competitions, including but not limited to sprains, bruises, pulled muscles, and broken bones. By participating, they agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Artistry Tour, LLC, its officers, directors, staff, employees, and the hosting facility for any injuries or illnesses sustained while attending or participating in any activity related to The Artistry Tour, LLC competition. The Artistry Tour, LLC and the hosting facility are not responsible for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damage to personal belongings.
Music & Choreography: All music used at The Artistry Tour, LLC events must be properly licensed for live performance. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary music licenses. All choreography performed at the event must belong to the studio or be properly licensed from the choreographer. Participants are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary choreography licenses. Participants agree to indemnify and hold The Artistry Tour, LLC harmless from any claims related to music or choreography licensing.
Video Recording: Unauthorized professional recording of performances is strictly prohibited. The Artistry Tour, LLC provides complimentary professional recordings of performances to participants. Any other professional recording requires prior written consent. Violators may be subject to disqualification, removal from the event, and a $500 fine.
Safety: While The Artistry Tour, LLC implements health and safety measures, participants acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in public places. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can cause serious illness. By attending The Artistry Tour, LLC participants voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure.
Code of Conduct: All participants, attendees, and staff are expected to contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.
Liability: The Artistry Tour, LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
Force Majeure: The Artistry Tour, LLC is not liable for delays or non-performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, and other similar events.
Limitation of Liability: Except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, The Artistry Tour, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the event or these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to Schedule: The Artistry Tour, LLC may adjust the event schedule, including performance times, awards ceremonies, and event locations, as needed.
Late Fees: Payments made less than 21 days before the event are subject to a late fee of $10 per dancer per routine plus $5 per routine.
Refunds: Full registration fees are non-refundable 40 days prior to the competition, except in cases of illness or injury with a doctor's note.
General Legal:
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indiana law.
- If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
- The Artistry Tour, LLC may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on its website.
